Summer camp · Bali

A camp in Bali for teenagers — screens off, life on.

Sunrise surf, volcanoes, creative work and a crew from all over the world — for ages 12–17. The phones rest in a safe; the kids rest for real: live friends, new skills and a summer they made themselves. Sessions from one week to a month.

01 — Why a camp like this

A summer the size of an island, not a screen.

Three months of the year shouldn't drain away into a feed. Summer here runs on a different scale: the ocean in the morning, volcanoes on the horizon, your people around you and your hands busy with real things. The phone simply can't compete.

You can't google this

Sunrise over a volcano crater, jumping into waterfall pools, a boat to the next island. Things you can't watch — only live.

“I can actually do this”

The first wave ridden all the way, a dinner cooked for the whole table, a song played at the fire. Confidence isn't talked into a kid — it's built out of moments like these.

Your people, within a week

Kids from different countries, one room, one table, one shared adventure. When nobody's buried in a phone, “hi” turns into “bro” in a couple of days.

02 — How a session works

A real routine, not a free-for-all.

Every day has a shape: morning sport or surf, a creative workshop, active afternoons, and evenings together as a group. Once a week the whole camp heads out on a big expedition. Enough structure to feel safe, enough freedom to feel like a real adventure.

1

Phones checked in on day one

Locked in the safe, handed back at the end of the session. Yes, the first day without a phone is the strangest one. By day three, it usually only comes up when someone needs the time.

2

A day packed with real things

Surf at sunrise, workshops, expeditions, campfires. Time flies when it's full — and no one's counting down to their next scroll.

3

Grown-ups who actually get teens

A team of coaches, mentors and a psychologist on-site — there to guide and support, never to lecture. Kids open up when no one's judging them.

The best summers aren't watched through a screen. They're lived.

What we believe
Three kinds of day

From sunrise surf to sunset stories.

Flip through — a normal day, the expedition day and the slow day all look different.

06:45

Sunrise wake-up

The day starts with sea air and light — not an alarm and a feed.

07:15

Dawn surf

Into the ocean before breakfast, when the waves are best.

08:30

Breakfast

Fresh fruit, eggs and local coffee — the whole camp at one table.

09:15

Morning circle

Fifteen minutes together: the plan for the day, the teams, and a quick how-is-everyone.

10:00

Workshop

Music, photography or cooking — learning something real with your hands.

12:30

Lunch

A proper meal after a full morning — always something local to try.

13:15

Quiet hour

Hammocks, books, journals or a nap — everyone recharges their own way.

14:30

Afternoon activities

Beach and ocean, team games, skate or a second surf — the mix changes every day.

17:00

Free time

Beach, board games, music room or just hanging out — their call.

18:00

Sport & training

Football, volleyball or yoga as the day cools down.

19:30

Dinner together

Everyone at one table — the best conversations start here.

20:30

Evening event

Never the same twice — bonfires, tournaments, open mic. The full list is below.

22:00

Wind down

Quiet music, stars and a real night's sleep — screens stay in the safe.

Every evening is different

No two nights the same.

Days keep their rhythm; evenings keep them guessing. A week of nights might look like this:

Campfire & marshmallows

S'mores, a guitar and easy talk around the fire.

Games & tournaments

Football, volleyball or quiz night — teams, laughs, friendly rivalry.

Talent & open mic

Music, magic or stand-up — whoever's brave takes the stage.

Movie under the stars

A big screen, blankets and popcorn in the open air.

Beach bonfire

Down to the sand for a fire, the stars and the sound of the waves.

Balinese night

Local dance, island food and stories from Bali.

The exact line-up shifts with the group and the week — but there's always something to look forward to after dark.

The bigger picture

And the week as a whole.

Not every day is identical — the week has its own shape too.

5

days in full rhythm

Surf, workshops, sport and evening events — the day you see above.

1

expedition day

A full-day trip: a sunrise volcano hike, island hopping or a waterfall trek.

1

slow day

Late breakfast, beach, laundry — and the scheduled call home.

03 — The programme

Everything packed into a session.

Sport, creativity, adventure, downtime and real connection — a full programme designed so no one ever misses their phone.

01

Surf & watersports

Daily surf lessons with local instructors, plus swimming, snorkelling and everything the ocean has to offer.

02

Sport & training

Football, volleyball, yoga, gym and martial arts — the restless energy finally has somewhere to go.

03

Creative workshops

Music, photography, cooking, art and filmmaking — hands-on skills they'll keep long after the summer ends.

04

Trips & expeditions

Once a week, a full-day adventure: volcano treks, waterfalls, temples or island-hopping — way beyond the camp.

05

Optional light study

For longer sessions, a couple of calm study hours a day keep school from piling up back home. Optional, never forced.

06

Friends for life

An international group living, exploring and growing together. The friendships made here tend to outlast the summer.

04 — The team

The people who make it all run.

Coaches, mentors, teachers and a psychologist live at the camp alongside the kids. There are enough adults that no one dissolves into the crowd: everyone is seen, everyone is heard — and everyone has someone to go to.

Activity coaches

Surf, sport and adventure pros who run the daily activities safely and make them genuinely fun.

Live-in mentors

Older role models who live with the group, sort out the little things, and are simply there when a kid needs someone.

Teachers

On hand for the optional study hours, and for turning Bali itself into a hands-on lesson in geography, culture and nature.

Care, day and night

Trained staff and a psychologist on-site around the clock, with medical help close by. Someone's always there.

05 — For parents

They're off the grid. You never are.

Watched over, day and night

A closed site, adults on the ground around the clock, and no one in the water without an instructor. Every trip leaves with a first-aid kit, a phone and a plan.

You'll see their summer

Photos and updates from the team several times a week, scheduled calls with your teen — and you can always message us directly. A quiet chat doesn't mean something's wrong: it means they're busy with something good.

A conversation before a booking

Before anything is booked, we get on a call and talk about your teen — what they're into, what they worry about, whether this is their kind of place. If it isn't, we'll say so. A good fit matters more to us than a sale.

What they bring home

Confidence in the water and around people, a couple of real skills, friends from other countries and the habit of living off-screen. Plus a million stories you'll be hearing all through August.

Ready when you are

Let's talk it through. No commitment.

How it works: you send a couple of lines about your teen and your dates, we hop on a 15-minute call — and you decide in your own time, with nothing booked. Spots per session are few: small groups are the whole point, so it's worth writing early.
